Important Information

Late fees apply for registrations made from 1st July 2010.

Day registrations are available only from 1st July 2010 and are subject to availability.

Symposium registration is a prerequisite for attending a workshop or excursion.

There are limits of attendance for particular workshops and excursions. The possibility of overbookings exist. Should an overbooking occur we will contact you to directly to discuss your options.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by e-mail, mail or facsimile) to the Secretariat.

Registration and workshop cancellations received at the Secretariat by 30 June 2010 will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of AUD $45. After 30 June 2010, the administration charge will be AUD $75.

Excursion cancellations received at the Secretariat by 30 June 2010 will be refunded in full, less 15% of the excursion fee. After 30 June 2010, any refund will be subject to re-allocation to another registrant and an administration charge of 25% of excursion fee.

Any refund after 1 August 2010 will be at the sole discretion of the Organising Committee.
